What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
How does telehealth work?
After you make your appointment with our staff, the Telehealth system will send you a link via text to join a video conference call with your provider.
How Do I setup a Telehealth appointment?
